Refund & Return Policy

At Anraya Jewellery, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into each piece. Every item is carefully checked and packaged before being sent out to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on jewellery once it has been dispatched - this includes earrings, necklaces, tikka sets, and all other accessories.

Please choose your items carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at anraya.ij@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and arrange a replacement, return or store credit if eligible.

Anraya Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

When a Refund Applies

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at anraya.ij@outlook.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
