Domestic Shipping
We are proud to offer shipping across Australia, ensuring your Anraya jewellery reaches you safely and promptly.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted domestic carriers to deliver your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Occasionally, we may offer promotions for free or discounted shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition, Anraya Indian Jewellery is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are with the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Additional Information
- All items are carefully packaged to protect your jewellery during transit.
- International shipping is not currently available.
